Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sale periods, weather disruptions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or order values as displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page.

Customers are requested to track their order using the details provided.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their standard delivery process.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the order may be delayed, returned to origin, or cancelled.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and order details at checkout.

Skinwise will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged, tampered, leaked, or opened at the time of delivery, please record a full unboxing video before opening the parcel.

For damaged, leaked, defective, or wrong product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.
