Thank you for shopping at Skinwise. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds are necessary. This Return & Refund Policy explains when you can return products, how refunds are handled, and how to start a return.

2. Eligible Returns

You may return unopened items that are in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging, tags, and labels. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery unless local law provides a longer period.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell skincare products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Opened or partially used skincare, makeup, or personal care products.
  • Sample sachets, pierced or unsealed packaging, and items marked as "final sale" or "clearance".
  • Products that were altered after delivery.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping costs.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@getskinwise.com within the return window and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and — where required — a returns authorization number (RMA).
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include all documentation. Ship using a tracked method; keep proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of our approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a promotion or by local consumer law.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel or amend your order before it ships, but if the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process above.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. Refunds for international returns will be processed after the returned goods reach our warehouse and pass inspection.

10. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new product costs more, you will be charged the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.

11. Gift Orders & Gift Cards
